We typically offer same-day or next-day slots across Birmingham and the West Midlands. For genuine emergencies — such as a commercial premises without cooling in summer — we do our best to respond within a few hours. Call us and we’ll let you know availability straight away.
Our no fix, no fee policy applies to repairs — if we can’t fix the problem, we won’t charge you for the labour. You’ll only ever pay the diagnostic call-out fee (from £65), which covers the engineer’s time to assess the fault.
We work on all major brands including Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Fujitsu, Samsung, LG, Toshiba, Panasonic, Hitachi and more. If you’re unsure whether we cover your make and model, just give us a call — we can usually confirm over the phone.
We’ll always give you an honest answer. As a rough guide, if the repair cost is more than half the price of a new equivalent unit, or if your system is over 12 years old, replacement may make more sense financially. We’ll tell you exactly where you stand after diagnosis — no upselling.
Yes — all repairs carry a 12-month warranty on both parts and labour. If the same fault returns within that period, we’ll come back and fix it at no extra charge. Parts may carry an extended manufacturer warranty where applicable.
For residential jobs, yes — someone over 18 needs to be present to authorise the work and approve the quote. For commercial premises with a facilities contact, we can arrange access separately. Just let us know your situation when booking.
