Clogged filters reduce airflow and force the system to work harder. We deep-clean or replace filters on every visit to restore full efficiency.
Dirty coils are the number-one cause of poor cooling. We clean indoor and outdoor coils to maximise heat transfer and system performance.
We check refrigerant pressure and inspect for leaks. Low refrigerant damages the compressor and significantly reduces cooling capacity.
All wiring connections, capacitors and contactors are inspected and tightened. Loose connections are a leading cause of compressor failure.
Blocked condensate drain lines cause water damage to walls and ceilings. We flush and clear the drain on every visit as standard.
