Filter & Coil Deep Clean
Indoor filters removed, cleaned or replaced. Indoor and outdoor coils deep cleaned to restore full airflow and heat exchange efficiency. Dirty coils can reduce output by up to 30%.
Refrigerant Pressure Check
Gas pressure measured against manufacturer specs. Low refrigerant reduces cooling capacity, increases compressor strain and drives up energy consumption. Topped up if needed.
Electrical Testing
All electrical connections inspected, tightened and tested. Capacitors, contactors and wiring checked for wear. Catches potential faults before they become safety issues.
Drain Line Inspection
