What type of property do you live in?

This helps us plan the best installation route for your home.

Which room needs air conditioning?

Not sure? Most customers start with their bedroom — it’s where comfort matters most.
💡 Cooling just one room? You’ll be surprised how affordable it is.

Which floor is the room on?

This helps us work out the pipe run length and outdoor unit position.

How large is the room?

Don’t worry if you’re not sure — a standard UK double bedroom is around 12–15 m². Pick the closest match.
🎯 We’ll recommend the perfect unit size so you’re never overpaying for power you don’t need.

What type of wall will the indoor unit go on?

An external wall faces outside (has a window or backs onto the garden). An internal wall separates two rooms inside your home.

Where would you like the outdoor unit?

The outdoor unit (condenser) is usually placed at ground level on a flat surface. If it needs to go higher, additional equipment may be needed.

How far apart will the indoor and outdoor units be?

Imagine a line from the indoor unit on the wall, through the wall, and along to the outdoor unit. That’s the pipe run distance.

Is there enough space around the outdoor unit?

The outdoor unit needs airflow to work efficiently. We need at least 1 metre of clear space in front of it.
